The biggest mover, outside of the five prospects moving into the Top247, was Texas athlete Robbie Rhodes. On film, we’ve believed for some time that Rhodes was the most explosive receiver in the Lone Star State and he has validated that this spring on the track with 20.8-second and 21.1-second fully automatic timed marks in the 200-meter dash. Rhodes’ ball skills are elite and his ability to beat press or tight coverage and get into routes is among the best in the country.
