Tim Tebow and Mark Sanchez Not a Good Combo, Says Jets Analyst
New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan has clearly stated that he wants what the Giants have: a Super Bowl ring. Despite their heavily publicized team chemistry issues, the Jets decided to sign a guy named Tim Tebow after extending the contract of Mark Sanchez.
This was just one of many offseason transactions that led the Jets to be deemed a “No Ring Circus." The Jets have been close in recent years, but took several steps back last year going 8-8 and missing the playoffs.
Will Tebow be the piece the Jets are looking for? What about drafting the questionable Quinton Coples in the first round? And will an inexperienced Stephen Hill be the burner out wide the team desperately needs?
You may not see them on HBO's Hard Knocks this year, but you are sure to hear about this volatile team led by Rex Ryan in all the tabloids.
Former Jets quarterback and current Jets TV analyst Ray Lucas has been following the New York football teams most of his personal and professional life. He is a New Jersey native, and in true Jersey form, does not hold anything back when talking Gang Green football.
