The NFL handed down their suspensions for the players involved in the Bountygate scandal, and Saints linebacker Vilma was hit the hardest. Vilma discovered he was suspended for the entire 2012 season by watching SportsCenter.

Troy Aikman has been popping up everywhere with some hot looking blondes on his arm. After his divorce, there were rumors of Aikman and ESPN’s own Erin Andrews being the sports couple of the moment. The folks over at TMZ have now found Aikman looking like the kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar as he exited a steakhouse with Abigail Klein, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. 

After falling behind 2-0 in the match against Novara, Fiorentina manager Delio Rossi felt his midfielder Adem Ljajic was underperforming, so he subbed him after only 32 minutes of play. When Ljajic sarcastically applauded Rossi's move, the manager responded by punching him in the face.

San Francisco Giants pitcher Jeremy Affeldt may be considered injury prone. He came home from a long day and was greeted by his excited four-year-old, who jumped off the couch and into his arms, causing the pitcher to sprain his knee in the process. Last September he missed all of 2011 with an injury he received peeling apart frozen hamburgers.
