What Is Next For The Pistons?

CommissionerContributor IJanuary 28, 2009

The Detroit Pistons have lost 7 of their last 10 games and it doesn't get any easier from here.

From January 30th to March 9th, the Pistons have a very brutal schedule. First, the Pistons have to host the Cavaliers, Celtics, and Heat at home. Then the Pistons travel to Milwaukee to take on the Bucks...

Then the Pistons go back home to host the Phoenix Suns. Then the Pistons are going to Chicago to play the Bulls. Then the Pistons go back to Detroit to host the Hawks, Bucks, and Spurs...Then the Pistons are going to travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers, who have the best home record in the NBA.

Then the Pistons are going to Miami to take on the Heat. Then they go to Orlando to take on the Magic...Then the Pistons are going to travel to Boston to play the Celtics.

Then the Pistons go back home to take on the Nuggets and Warriors. Then the Pistons go to Atlanta to take on the Hawks and then the Pistons go back home to take on the Orlando Magic...And after the Pistons play the Magic besides games against Cleveland and Los Angeles Lakers...the schedule is pretty easy the rest of the way.

Since the Detroit Pistons have benched Richard Hamilton for Allen Iverson they are 1-2 and have dropped to the six seed.

If they keep playing like they have, the will continue to fall.
