According to several sources, Matt Hardy will ask Teddy Long for his resignation from ECW tonight to continue his feud with younger brother Jeff on Smackdown.

If this is correct, then on Friday night when Jeff demands an apology from his brother, look for Matt to come out and tell him that he was behind the attacks that cost him the WWE title.

It was Matt Hardy who helped his brother earn a title shot by holding on against Vladimir Kozlov in a beat the clock challenge match.

However, if Matt was responsible for the attacks, I believe that at Wrestlemania 25, the stage will be set for Matt and Jeff to go at it in a TLC match, the very same match that the Hardy's won tag team gold in and made famous.
