It's that time again, time for everyone to become an expert when it comes to the draft.

It's just a big guessing game and most of the time no one has any clue where people are going. But it's still fun to make predictions.

We already know who the first two picks are going to be, but then it gets pretty interesting.

So let's get right to it.

1. Indianapolis: QB, Andrew Luck, Stanford

137238628_display_image
Doug Pensinger/Getty Images

It's already been announced, but everyone knew it was going to be him six months ago.

2. Washington: Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor

134712395_display_image
Sarah Glenn/Getty Images

Washington gave up a lot to make sure it could get RGIII, but it's understandable since it's been years since they've had a franchise QB.

3. Minnesota: Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU

136107901_display_image
Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images

Word is that Minnesota really wants to trade out of this pick, but it may have a hard time getting a buyer. The Vikings could go Matt Kalil or Justin Blackmon here. But Claiborne is a game-changer and Minnesota's secondary was awful last year.

4. Cleveland: Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama

136646764_display_image
Chris Graythen/Getty Images

Cleveland may have more pressing needs. Ryan Tannehill could be a possibility. But Richardson is probably the best running back to come out of college since Adrian Peterson and Cleveland desperately needs a playmaker.

5. Tampa Bay: Luke Kuechly, ILB, Boston College

107951763_display_image
Ezra Shaw/Getty Images

This might be a little high for Kuechly, but the guy is a machine and could be an immediate leader for the young Tampa D.

6. St. Louis: Matt Kalil, OT, USC

84271903_display_image
Jeff Golden/Getty Images

The Rams need a wide receiver for Sam Bradford. Justin Blackmon could be the pick, but the offensive line couldn't protect anyone last year, and Kalil seems to be a possible franchise LT.

7. Jacksonville: Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State

129686694_display_image
Erich Schlegel/Getty Images

Blaine Gabbert looked pretty awful last year, but it wasn't entirely his fault. He really had no one to throw to.

For how good he is, Blackmon isn't getting as much credit as he deserves. The Jaguars haven't had a good WR in years. This is the pick they should make.

8. Miami: Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M

136295761_display_image
Bob Levey/Getty Images

Miami failed in its campaign to get a QB in the offseason.  Tannehill is risky and a bit of a project, but the skill-set is there.  If the Dolphins can be patient with him, it could really pay off.

9. Carolina: Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State

Fletcher-cox_display_image

Carolina needs a defensive tackle and Cox seems to be a sure thing. That's about as perfect a a situation as you can get.

10. Buffalo: Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa

139845279_display_image
Joe Robbins/Getty Images

Buffalo is a strange team.  The Bills are stuck between falling apart and taking the next step.  If they are going to go with Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback, they need to get him better protection.  Reiff should be the pick, unless Kalil falls this far.

11. Kansas City: Michael Brockers, DT, LSU

133510698_display_image
Joe Murphy/Getty Images

It's not certain that Brockers can be a true nose tackle, but he has the potential to really stuff up the middle for KC.

12. Seattle: Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina

130771920_display_image
Andy Lyons/Getty Images

Ingram has fallen a bit, but he could be a steal this late.  The Seahawks need a pass-rusher off the edge. Ingram may be the best in the draft.

13. Arizona: Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame

131402103_display_image
Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

People have compared him to Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald, but he doesn't have their speed. He ut he can very good, however.  Fitzgerald will need to to take pressure off him.

14. Dallas: Stephen Gilmore, CB, South Carolina

stephen gilmore

Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

The Cowboys couldn't stop the pass last year, and Gilmore has really been moving up the draft board. In fact, don't be surprised if he goes earlier than this pick.

15. Philadelphia: Shea McClellin, OLB, Boise State

129893822_display_image
Doug Pensinger/Getty Images

There are talks of Philly moving up to get a defensive tackle. But if the Eagles stay put, McClellin would be a good fit.  The Eagles linebackers were pretty bad last year. They traded for Demeco Ryans to put on the inside, McClellin would be a good complement on the outside.

16. New York Jets: Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech

104309343_display_image
Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

The Jets need an outside linebacker, but there really isn't one to take here. Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow aren't the greatest quarterbacks and need some weapons.  Santonio Holmes can't be counted on.  The Jets need a playmaker.  Hill could be a star.

17. Cincinnati: Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama

134973952_display_image
Mike Zarrilli/Getty Images

Cincy had a bunch of injuries in the secondary and really felt it. Leon Hall should come back, but strong depth would really help.

18. San Diego: Mark Barron, S, Alabama

134973960_display_image
Mike Zarrilli/Getty Images

The Chargers have a few needs. Barron is the best safety in the draft and would form a dynamic duo with Eric Weddle.

19. Chicago: Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina

104309759_display_image
Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

Coples has really dropped, but Chicago could use someone on the other side of Julius Peppers. Coples' upside is too great to pass up.

20. Tennessee: Chandler Jones, DE, Syracuse

104026762_display_image
Otto Greule Jr/Getty Images

The Titans have let a lot of good defensive players leave in the past couple years. I'm not sure I know their plan. But they need help on the defensive line, so Jones makes sense.

21. Cincinnati: David DeCastro, OG, Stanford

125595758_display_image
Christian Petersen/Getty Images

I could see them taking DeCastro with their earlier pick and Dre Kirkpatrick here. But either way, I think these are the two best picks for them.

22. Cleveland: Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor

133522716_display_image
Sarah Glenn/Getty Images

Not sure if the Browns are ready to give up on Colt McCoy yet, but if they aren't, they are going to need to get him some help. Greg Little looked decent last year. If they added Wright with Trent Richardson, they could have a good core of young offensive players.

23. Detroit: Cordy Glenn, OT, Georgia

83857654_display_image
Mike Zarrilli/Getty Images

The Lions could go a few ways here, offensive line, secondary, defensive end or linebacker. Matthew Stafford showed what he can do when healthy. That should be enough motivation for them to improve the offensive line as quickly as possible.

24. Pittsburgh: Dontari Poe, DT, Memphis

140085378_display_image
Joe Robbins/Getty Images

The guy had a great combine but never showed a lot in college. The Steelers could take a risk here. Poe definitely has potential and wouldn't necessarily have to start right away.

25. Denver: Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan State

134725464_display_image
Gregory Shamus/Getty Images

The Broncos made the big move in getting Peyton Manning, so some think they will get some offensive talent in the draft to help him. But they also have a pretty big need in the middle of the defensive line.

Worthy has a reputation for taking plays off, but his talent is undeniable.

26. Houston:: Rueben Randle, WR, LSU

131562497_display_image
Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

Andre Johnson has deserved a No. 2 receiver for so long. The Texans should realize this by now, especially since they had no one to take over for him when he went down with an injury.

27. New England: Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame

123948081_display_image
Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

The Patriots couldn't stop the pass for the life of them. Drafting anyone in the secondary would help.  Harrison provides them with skill and toughness.

28. Green Bay: Lavonte David, OLB, Nebraska

107211045_display_image
Eric Francis/Getty Images

The Packers really need someone to help Clay Matthews. He just wasn't the same player because everyone focused on him. They could also go DE here.

29. Baltimore: Donta Hightower, ILB, Alabama

134137592_display_image
Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images

Baltimore has been known to draft the best available player. The Ravens should be thrilled if Hightower falls to them. He is a steal here. The only reason he wouldn't go higher is because teams have bigger needs.

30. San Francisco: Kevin Zeitler, OG, Wisconsin

91863350_display_image
Jamie Sabau/Getty Images

This could be a bit of a reach, but San Francisco doesn't have a ton of needs. Zeitler would solidify a strong offensive line.

31. New England: Nick Perry, DE, USC

133864488_display_image
Steve Dykes/Getty Images

The Patriots defense really struggled. They need help in the secondary. But one thing that would help would be better pressure up front. Perry could help to provide that.

32. New York Giants: Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State

104945297_display_image
Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

The offensive line was decent last year but could use some depth. Adams is probably the best OT at this point. Jonathan Martin is a possibility as well.
