This Week on the PGA Tour the players tackle the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale-Stadium Course, in Scottsdale Arizona.
J.B. Holmes was last season's winner and hopes, of course, to repeat. I think we will see at least one repeat winner this year.
Pat Perez won last week at the Bob Hope in La Quinta. His first and well deserved I might add.
This week I will select Phil Mickelson, J.B. Holmes, Steve Stricker, and Kevin Streelman on my fantasy team.
On the bench, in case of missed cuts, injuries, or someone playing well, will be Anthony Kim, Rory Sabbantini, Frederick Jacobson, and Dean Wilson.
Last week, I chose Steve Stricker, who finished with a horrible round of 77. Hell, I'd be thrilled with a 77, but not these guys. He managed to finish tied for third place.
I am at 463 points on my yahoo fantasy league, in the 33,047 spot. A little up from last week.
The yahoo fantasy leaders are "so so serious" with 638 points, and "pert plus dust mop all stars" at 637.
I imagine these leaders change quite often. It is pure luck to pick who will win week after week.
The weather in Florida is nice, and I expect to get a round in soon, and report back to y'all!
I think a better quality field will be in place for the TPC at Scottsdale and scores will be a bit higher than last week. The cut was at -15. Unreal!
Hit some putts and stay out of the cold!
