Madrid come into the Nou Camp with a four-point lead in the La Liga table, and a victory for Los Blancos would all but secure their first Spanish title since the 2007-08 season.

Both clubs are coming off of defeats in their first leg of the Champion League semifinal, but with so much at stake and considering the pride of both clubs, don't expect these two rivals to play with any less passion than they normally do.

Barcelona won in the Sanitago Bernabeu back in December 3-1, but can they defeat Madrid for the seventh time in the last eight El Clasico league matches?

Let's look at what you need to know for this match so you don't miss the thrill of football's best rivalry.

Where: Nou Camp, Barcelona, Spain

When: Saturday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. ET

Player to Watch for Real Madrid: Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo has just one goal from the penalty spot in his career versus Barcelona as a Real Madrid player, and he will be counted on to lead the Los Blancos attack on Saturday.

His ability to be effective on the counter attack with his speed and dribbling skills, as well as his free kick talents, make Ronaldo a very challenging player to defend.

With Madrid needing one goal to set the all-time record for most goals scored in a single season by a La Liga club, expect Ronaldo to give a great performance and get on the goal sheet for Madrid.

Player to Watch for Barcelona: Lionel Messi

After he couldn't score against English side Chelsea last week in the Champions League semifinal first leg, Barcelona star striker Lionel Messi will be looking to get his game into high gear against Madrid.

Messi has a fantastic goal record against Madrid and does very well against them late in the season. Last year, he scored two goals in the Champions League semifinal match between the two clubs in Madrid.

Expect Messi to be a problem for the Madrid back four throughout the match and even for him to score a few goals.
