Corey Schneider will start for the Vancouver Canucks in Game 4 against the Kings.

After surrendering the first three games to the Los Angeles Kings in their Western Conference playoff matchup, the Vancouver Canucks are shaking up the lineup in an effort to extend the series.

Per Yahoo! Sports, backup goaltender Cory Schneider gets the start for the Canucks in place of franchise goaltender Roberto Luongo.

Schneider also started in Game 3, yielding just one goal to Los Angeles at the Staples Center after the Canucks lost back-to-back 4-2 games to the Kings in Vancouver.

The other major addition is Daniel Sedin, who missed the last 10 games of the regular season and the first three games of the playoffs with a concussion.

According to TSN in Canada, Sedin is a game-time decision and expects to play.

Sedin, last year's Art Ross Trophy winner, will look to spark an offense that's scored just four goals in these initial three playoff games.

The Kings and Canucks get underway 10:00 p.m. ET in Los Angeles, with the Kings looking for a sweep to end the series.

Under the current playoff format, which began in 1993-94, an eight seed has never swept a one seed.
