The Titans and free agent defensive end Dave Ball have agreed to terms on a one-year contract, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Ball, who has played for the Titans the past four seasons, is expected to sign the deal on Friday. The contract is worth roughly $1.2 million, and it gives the Titans more stability at a position they planned to upgrade this offseason.
