If you have a good inkling on who might be the next head coach of the Arkansas football team, you may now place your bets and profit accordingly on such speculation.

Bovada, one of the world’s largest online sportsbooks, has released odds on who will be the next head coach at Arkansas. Your morning line favorite is none other than Arkansas State head coach Gus Malzahn (5/2), and former Arkansas offensive coordinator Garrick McGee (3/1) is not far behind.

Some other prominent names are included in this mix, but none more wonderfully prominent than the one and only Jimmy Johnson. He should be listed as 200/1 not 20/1, but for the love of all that is everything I sincerely hope this happens. It won’t, but please football gods, make it happen.

Who will be the next head coach to be hired for the Arkansas Razorbacks?

Gus Malzahn - 5/2

Garrick McGee - 3/1

Skip Holtz - 7/2

Mario Cristobal - 5/1

Kirby Smart - 6/1

Gary Patterson - 10/1

Butch Davis - 15/1

Charlie Strong - 15/1

Jimmy Johnson - 20/1

Field - 1/1

And yes, you may also place your wagers on where coach Petrino will be this upcoming fall. "Out of the game of football" is a heavy favorite, although those NFL odds at 2/1 are awfully tempting.

What will be Bobby Petrino's role for the 2012-2013 NCAA Football season?

NCAA Football Coach - 3/1

NFL Coach - 2/1

Neither - 1/3
