Steve Faragher filled in for Johnnie Richie as Sean O'Connell and Steve talked about Jeff Monson’s legal troubles in the opener, and now we have photographic proof of his shenanigans. Also in the news New York state approved MMA fights, this past week. 

The Cage had on Michel DiSanto from UFC.com, he spoke about the Dan Henderson decision win over Rich Franklin, as well as the Michael Bisbing wanting to fight Dan Henderson. Went over having a U.S. vs. UK finale for the Ultimate Fighter. He was excited about the next UFC main event, Georges St. Pierre vs. BJ Penn rematch.Mike thinks BJ can win if he comes in shape. Sean and Steve discussed the Affliction fight card of Andrei Arlovski Vs. Fedor Emelieneko. Sean is one of the very few by picking the underdog, Arlovski to win that fight.

 

Sean and Steve talk about the upcoming Throwdown event on Febuary 20th at Energy Solutions Arena. Sean comments on his upcoming fight with Jordan Smith for the Throwdown light heavyweight belt.

 

Breaking news of the night, Cole Rose is now training full time at Eliete performance.  Pretty big deal for the gym, who is putting together a nice collection of fighters.
