It's official Earnhardt-Ganassi Racing will be fielding three full time teams for the 2009 Sprint Cup campaign.  Juan Pablo Montoya will continue in the No. 42 car with Target coming over to sponsor him.  Martin Truex Jr. will be in the No. 1 Bass Pro Shops Chevy, and Aric Almirola will be in the No. 8 car, which according to EGR will have a sponsor announced "pretty soon."

They will also be running the 41 car in the Daytona 500 with a driver to be announced later.  At least now they have a good idea of what their lineup for 2009 will be, this is a good sign for a team that has been shrinking faster and faster it seems everyday.
