Cody Full is the general manager for the Chargers for Mock Three on mockone.net. Jeff Roemer and I are his assistants. Mock One is an NFL mock draft put on through twitter, as well as the website. Each team has two to three GM's that know the team very well.

To catch up on twitter with the Chargers mock draft, as well as the entire NFL, use the hashtag #MockOne or #MockThree.

Also, follow @Cody_Full, @JeffRoemer, and I, @alexramirez127, for all the latest news and picks.

1.18: Cordy Glenn

With the 18th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the San Diego Chargers select Cordy Glenn from the University of Georgia.

"Glenn's major weakness is pass protection, he is not a natural knee bender and can would get upright at times while at Georgia. But he seemed to respond well to coaching at the senior bowl. The Chargers desperately need help along the OL, we believe that Glenn has the physical tools and quick know-how to be an upgrade on the OL."

This is what Cody Full wrote about the pick. This was a tough decision for us.

Nick Perry, Whitney Mercilus, and Jonathan Martin were all still available, but we agreed that Glenn would be the best option.

With the first pick being offensive, we will now focus on defense.
