Kansas assistant coach Danny Manning has agreed to become the next head coach at Tulsa, sources close to the situation told ESPN's Neil Everett. Manning, 45, has been an assistant at Kansas since March 2007 and is in his ninth season as part of the Jayhawks staff. He's also Kansas' all-time leading scorer and rebounder, with 2,951 points and 1,187 boards from 1984-88. He spent 15 seasons in the NBA, averaging 14 points per game.
