Georgia Tech and NC State meet Saturday in a contest between the two teams without a conference win thus far. This series has been full of streaks lately with Georgia Tech winning the past three match ups, but NC State had won the previous seven games.

Under head coach Sidney Lowe, the Wolfpack are not flashy but take care of the ball and take good shots. You could say Georgia Tech is almost the opposite preferring an up tempo style trying to create turnovers, but giving the ball up a lot themselves.

The key to this game will be turnovers and free throw shooting. Vegas expects this one to be close so down the stretch you have to convert opportunities in the half court and at the line. NC State shoots a very respectable 72 percent from the line, while Tech manages under 60.

The Wolfpack generally take care of the ball, but will have to keep their composure against the Tech pressure forcing 16 turnovers per game.

I think NC State takes this game in a close one by hitting their FTs down the stretch and a big 3 pointer late (hitting 36 percent on the season). But it's ok Tech fans, you do have one the best recruiting classes in the nation...for next year.

NC State wins by 3-10 points

Season: 3-2 SU
