The San Antonio Spurs may not be the most popular team in the NBA, but they are definitely one of the best, year after year.

With such a great team comes great fans. There are many ways that you can tell you are a Spurs fan, which comes in many shapes, forms and sizes.

For all of you Spurs fans out there, here are three reasons you know you're a Spurs fans.

Read on and relate to this article.

1. You Think Tim Duncan Is the Best Center/Power Forward in the NBA

If you are a Spurs fan, there is no doubt that you think Tim Duncan is the best center/power forward in the league—or at least was for the past decade. To be honest, you have every right to think this.

Duncan may only be averaging 20.3 points per game in his career, but his best attributes are his rebounding, which he is averaging 11.3 rebounds per game overall and his defensive ability.

His 2.2 blocks per game is pretty impressive for anyone over the span of 14 years and that is exactly what Duncan has done.

So what if Duncan doesn't lead the league in scoring? That is not what the Spurs need him to do. Duncan is one of the best defenders in basketball and defenses win championships—or at least that is what everyone says.

2. When You Hear the "Big 3" You Think of Parker, Ginobili and Duncan

Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan have been teammates on the Spurs for some time now. To say the least, these three have been very successful together.

In fact, these three studs have won three NBA titles with each other in San Antonio. Keep in mind that this is more championships than Miami and Boston's Big Threes combined.

These three players have so much chemistry together. Parker is the field general, Ginobili is the talented shooting guard and Duncan is the big man in the post, who can knock down mid range shots. Yeah, that is a pretty good combination.

3. You Think the Spurs Are Texas' Team

The San Antonio Spurs are probably the most successful NBA team in Texas, but believe it or not Spurs' fans, San Antonio is not the only team in Texas.

There are also the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks, but who needs those teams when you are a San Antonio fan?

It's kind of hard not to jump on the San Antonio bandwagon if you live in Texas, considering that the Spurs have four championships. Dallas and Houston have only won three combined.
