Over the last few months, WWE superstar Evan Bourne had his share of troubles within the company, but his past hurdles in the company are nothing compared to what he is in for now.
According to Wrestlingobserver.com, WWE superstar Evan Bourne was involved in an accident this past Monday.
He broke his foot in four different places and dislocated it in five other places. According to the Observer, Bourne did not say how long he would be out of action for.'
Broken in 4 spots, dislocated in 5! Ouch! I wish I was back in the ring already. Until then here is a gross picyfrog.com/oex83ulj— airbourne(@findevan) March 24, 2012
Bourne was suspended 60 days for a second violation of the WWE's Wellness Policy on January 17th. He was set to return to action, but was not booked for any shows upon his return before the accident.
Judging by the severity of the injury to his foot and considering that he broke and dislocated it, he could be out for several months.
This does not bode well for his return to in-ring action, and considering his past transgressions with the company, the WWE could cut the high-flyer loose.
There have been reports circulating throughout the internet wrestling community and the various dirt-sheet websites that the WWE was planning on putting Bourne in a program with Jack Swagger with the WWE United States Title.
With Bourne's new injury, that is obviously out of the question until he returns to in-ring action.
