UCLA is the latest program to offer the nation’s top receiver Robert Foster, according to his Monoca (Pa.) Central Valley head coach Mark Lyons.

The Bruins join the likes of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Virginia and West Virginia in offering the 6-foot-3, 190-pound Foster, who checks in as the country’s No. 11 prospect overall.
