With a vast majority of WWE fans wanting the spinner WWE Championship belt to be replaced as soon as possible, the man who brought the belt into the company, John Cena, even wants the belt to be done away with it.

In an interview on a Philadelphia radio station last Monday before Raw SuperShow, Cena said there needs to be a change with the belt, as it has been around for quite awhile in addition to being awkward and heavier than the traditional WWE title belts in the past.

Unless the WWE goes with a newly-designed belt, the style of WWE Championship that I would like to see be brought back in place of the spinner belt is the Undisputed title that was used in the company from 2002 to 2005.

As it was brought up in the interview, I would not want to see the classic “Winged Eagle” WWE Championship brought back as it doesn’t seem flashy enough for the new high-definition era of the WWE.

Ultimately, I think the WWE will design a completely new championship belt instead of bring back a former design like the company did with the classic Intercontinental Championship late last year with Cody Rhodes.

So Bleachers, what design would you like to see the WWE go with when the spinner belt is finally retired and hopefully never seen on WWE television again?
