The Maryland Terrapins had a 17-point lead but let the game slip away, as Miami rallied for a 62-60 come from behind victory.  The win improves Miami to 2-1 in ACC play, while Maryland falls to 1-1.

Maryland native Jack McClinton and his teammates got hot from the three-point line to get back into the game and eventually secure the win.

The halftime score was 35-23 in favor of Maryland.  However, the Hurricanes outscored the Terps 39-25 in the second half.

Miami got 18 from McClinton and 10 from Lance Hurdle.  The Hurricanes move to 13-3 for the season.

The Terps were led by Adrian Bowie with a season-high 23, Greivis Vasquez with 15, Landon Milbourne with eight, along with a team-high seven rebounds and four blocks, and Eric Hayes with seven.  The Terps move to 12-4.
