Manchester City vs. Chelsea: Live Score, Analysis and Recap
Wednesday sees one of the biggest games in the Premier League season's calendar so far.
Manchester City have recently been knocked off the top of the league by neighbours and fierce rivals Manchester United, whilst Chelsea seems to have grown in confidence following the takeover of caretaker manager Roberto Di Matteo. Chelsea are also fighting for fourth—or dare I say third.
It should be a classic encounter that could go either way.

Manchester City 2-1 Chelsea.
It's all over at the Etihad Stadium with Manchester City leaving it late against the visitors.
Cahill gave Chelsea the lead with a wicked deflected shot, but a fortuitous handball gifted Sergio Aguero the chance to even things up from the penalty spot.
At 1-1 Manchester City were the more positive side and got their reward from an assist from former villain Carlos Tevez. His neat ball into the feet of Samir Nasri meant the Frenchman couldn't miss from six yards out.
The win for City means they stay just a point behind rivals Manchester United, whilst Roberto Di Matteo tastes defeat for the first time as Chelsea boss.
City probably just deserved the result on the balance of play—particularly towards the end of the second half.
Chelsea will be disappointed with the attacking threat—or lack thereof—that they displayed in the second period, but that's all history now.
Thanks for joining me for this live commentary and I hope to have you all join me again next time.

4 minutes of added time to be played
Some nice Chelsea play results in a flashed shot across the goal by Drogba. No one was at the back post to steer it home however.
