Okay, so it's not quite Gerald Green-esque, but Deron Williams got up against the Cleveland Cavaliers last night. Unfortunately for Williams, the Cavs pulled out the 105-100 victory, thanks to a 27-point, 12-rebound performance from rookie Tristan Thompson.

Newly acquired Net Gerald Wallace had 27 points and 12 rebounds in the loss, while Williams finished with 28 points and eight assists.

Fun fact: The Derrick Rose-less Chicago Bulls defeated the Orlando Magic 85-59 last night. Two weeks ago, Williams scored 57 points in a victory against the Charlotte Bobcats.

It's been a very strange NBA season.
