Adam Breneman was heavily pursued by Alabama, Notre Dame and Ohio State, but the top tight end in the class of 2013 decided to verbally commit to Penn State.
Breneman spoke to Full Ride about why staying in-state to play for Bill O’Brien and the Nittany Lions was the right decision for him. The 6'5", 220-pound tight end also reveals his thoughts on Ohio State and the differences between Urban Meyer's and Bill O’Brien’s sales pitch.
The class’ consensus top tight end from Cedar Cliffs High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania caught 72 passes for 1,120 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2012, earning a second-straight All-State team selection.
