2012 NFL Free Agents: Best/Worst Case Scenarios for the Top 5 RBs
March 13 marks the kickoff of NFL free agency, and while the running back market isn’t great, there is some fairly decent talent available.
Although many of these backs aren’t big number guys, a lot of them are workhorses who take care of the job.
Sure, there are questions like whether Peyton Hillis’ 2010 season was a fluke, or if BenJarvus Green-Ellis can be useful in another system besides the Patriots, or whether Michael Bush can sustain a full season. But all of these guys have definitely shown the amount of damage they are capable of doing.
As free agency gets underway, it’ll be interesting to watch where these players end up.
