In Good Shape The Montreal Canadiens Look Forward

General Manager Bob Gainey met with the press earlier today. He's satisfied with the team. Looking at the numbers I can understand why.

We're halfway in the NHL season and the Habs are in excellent shape. With a 25-10-6 record and 56 points. That's eight point better with last season when their record was 20-13-8. They scored 132 goals which is six more goals then what they had last season this time around. Goals allowed has also improved by allowing only 109 goals compared to 117.

How will the Canadiens preform during the second half of the season? Is lord Stanley's cup coming to Montreal? Things can only get better for the Montreal Canadiens.
