How To Make the Perfect UFC Fighter

The UFC is set to release their first video game soon. Many sporting games allow you to "create" a player and assign them special attributes to make them successful.
Well, imagine if you really could combine the attributes of different UFC fighters (ie. their striking, submissions, defense, etc) to form the best fighter imaginable.
Which fighter's attributes would you choose to create the ULTIMATE FIGHTER?
Striking
The first attribute I would add is the striking of Anderson Silva. He has precise punches and kicks, not to mention a devastating Muay Thai clinch.
Honorable mentions: Rashad Evans, Chuck Liddell, Anthony Johnson
Submissions
Demian Maia is a BJJ black belt. He won a division championship in ADCC in 2007. He also has three "submission of the night" awards. He has been able to evolve his BJJ skills to make them useful in MMA.
Honorable mentions: Frank Mir, Dustin Hazelett, BJ Penn
Wrestling
Little tougher of a pick. Gray Maynard was a standout wrestler in High School and was a 3-time All-American at Michigan State University. Not to mention he trained BJ Penn, who is on the top P4P list.
Honorable mentions: Brock Lesnar, Rashad Evans, Ryan Bader.
Athleticism
It is hard to argue the athleticism of GSP...so I won't.
Honorable mentions: Rampage Jackson, Josh Koscheck, Jason MacDonald (only because his nickname is "the Athlete")
Endurance
His fight with GSP opened my eyes. His last three fights have all gone to decision. He is always willing to fight, and he never loses a step no matter the round.
Honorable mentions: GSP, Big Nog, Randy Couture.
Chin
Need to have a fighter than can take some damage and keep going. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira get his face stomped on every match, but is still able to win.
Honorable mentions: Chris Leben, Forrest Griffin
Defense
Who plays better defense than a guy who has never lost? Rashad Evans is the choice here. He is able to avoid take downs and dodge fists.
Honorable mentions: Nate Diaz, Big Nog, Dan Henderson.
Desire
Frank Mir is the epitome of desire. He was the heavyweight champ then got into a terrible accident. He came all the way back to regain 50 percent of the HW belt. He is an inspiration.
Honorable mentions: GSP, Rich Franklin, Randy Couture
Intelligence
Fighters need to have a good game plan coming into a fight. Kenny Florian may be the best at creating fight game plans. He is always prepared.
Honorable mentions: GSP, Frank Mir, Forrest Griffin
Dustin Hazelett's Beard
Just look at it and admire its awesomeness.
I couldn't find a better picture...this one does not do the beard justice.
Condom Depot Trunks
Lastly, any created fighter wouldn't be complete without the staple of the "condom depot" trunks.
