The Rock and John Cena's WrestleMania feud has been heating up over the last few weeks, and wrestling fans are counting down the days when these two iconic superstars meet at arguably the biggest WWE match in history.

Two weeks ago on WWE RAW, Cena and Rock were in the ring face to face when Cena cut a worked shoot on Rock, and referenced Rock using "arm notes" which on the surface seemed to irritate "The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment."

Most in the Internet wrestling community and various dirt-sheet websites have speculated that this crack on The Rock was scripted.  But new reports have come to light to contradict those opinions.

According to wrestlezone.com, their featured columnist Mark Madden commented that The Rock has used notes on his arm for several years, and allegedly had the notes to use on RAW as a reference in case he needed them during his promo.

In addition to this new information, several videos throughout YouTube that are not affiliated with the WWE have been uploaded by various television networks and show footage of that specific segment between Rock and Cena.  The footage shows Rock's wrist blocked out with a block that is the same color as Rock's arm.

If this new information regarding The Rock is indeed accurate, then John Cena knew exactly how to get under the skin of The Rock.

The Rock will no doubt fire back over the next few weeks leading up to WrestleMania XXVIII with his own brand of unique jabs at the leader of the "Cenation" John Cena.
