Notre Dame-Louisville: Breakdown and Winning Pick!

Preseason rankings have both of these Big East schools in the top 10. Notre Dame has definitely had a better season thus far, but Louisville is still ranked in the top 25 and are very tough on their home court. Oddsmakers have made Louisville a seven-point favorite in this Big East early season matchup. Last year Notre Dame went to Freedom Hall and played them very well but lost 90-85.

This one should be a very important game for both teams with postseason seeding on the line. The NCAA tournament seeding is very important to both these teams, and this game will really help for the winner!

Louisville is a very talented team but has had a few unexpected road losses. But at home Louisville is very tough, only losing once with a home record of 8-1. Young post play and outside shooting has been poor in their early season letdowns. Don't expect any letdowns, as the last two games against UK and Villanova they seem to have fixed these problems.
