In front of John Cena's hometown crowd at the TD Garden in Boston, Cena and the Rock had yet another face-to-face meeting, as we’re less than a month a way from one of the biggest matches in the history of WrestleMania.
Before the two superstars met in the ring at the end of the show, we had little vignettes from the Rock giving history lessons to Cena around the city of Boston, which I admit were pretty funny throughout the show.
When we finally reach the end of the show, Cena made his way out to the ring and quickly got the crowd on his side when he compared the Rock's actions to that of “The Situation” of Jersey Shore.
After claiming that he shook him up in their meeting last week, we finally have the Rock make his way to the ring to confront Cena after he wanted to see the Great One instead of Dwayne Johnson.
Unlike last week, in a promo filled with Twitter trending and Chinese take-out references, the Rock did a great job of staying on point as he talked about what he sees in John Cena and how he will beat him at WrestleMania.
In a great example of how split the crowd was last night in Boston, the crowd at one point was chanting the typical Rock chant of “Boots 2 Asses” and then the next second, chanting “Tooth Fairy” in respond to the Rock’s confidence level.
The Rock would go on to say after that he is 6’4" and 260 pounds of man that would rip Cena’s throat out, and plain and simple, that he will be Rock’s “bitch” at WrestleMania.
After the Rock left the arena, Cena got the last laugh on the Great One, as he looked at scribbles on his arm to remember his height and weight, just as Rock did last week with his notes on his wrist.
Just like last week, John Cena again won the faceoff with the Rock tonight, as it seems, at least in my opinion, that the fighting Fruity Pebble has the edge on the Great One over the past few weeks.
While the war of the words have been great the past few weeks between Cena and Rock, the match at WrestleMania is going to be off the charts when we get to Miami in 26 days.
So Bleachers, who won the second straight war of words last night on Raw SuperShow between John Cena and the Rock?
