The NBA's March 15th trade deadline is fast approaching, and fans have yet to see any major trades come to fruition.

While major trade rumors are out in full force for players like Dwight Howard, Monta Ellis, Pau Gasol and Rajon Rondo, there are a number of smaller-profile trades that could undoubtedly become reality in the next two weeks.

For every NBA team, the trade deadline is the last chance to try to fix any glaring weakness that still exist in their game as they head into the second half of the season, and that's exactly what teams will be trying to do by March 15th this year.

Ahead is one glaring weakness for every NBA team, and a speculated trade that could be a solution to that one thing that's holding every NBA team back.

While the vast percentage of these trades won't happen, it's always fun to speculate. Enjoy.

Every trade has been run through ESPN's Trade Machine to ensure it's validity, with a link to each trade being found in the "chance this trade happens" hyperlink in each slide.
