The combine is behind us, but the repercussions of the weekend continue to make a lasting impression on scouts. Dontari Poe is just one player to take his domination to the first round.

Leave them wanting more. That's exactly what some of the best athletes did after last week's combine, where scouts salivated over some of the fittest players in the nation.

Dontari Poe may not look like the fastest man out of the gate, but he flew down the 40-yard dash to surprise scouts with his ability to burn like some linebackers.

However, he is just one player to have the football world talking.

Here are the guys who are moving up draft boards thanks to solid combine performances.

1. Dontari Poe:

There will still be some who question how quick Poe may actually be. He doesn't have the greatest first step, but you can't deny his speed and power after his combine exploits.

He threw down a 4.98 40-yard dash, which is pretty amazing considering he is as wind-resistant as a mountain. Oh, and he also showed amazing power with 44 reps on the 225-pound bench press.

It will take more than one offensive lineman to deal with that kind of power, and that makes Poe very valuable indeed.

2. Luke Kuechly:

I was among the throngs of people that questioned Kuechly and his size and speed. However, none of that should be of consequence now.

The Boston College standout posted a 4.58 40-yard dash and a 38-inch vertical to show that he most certainly has the goods for the NFL

When you combine that with his tackle-rate from college, you have a linebacker that will get a ton of love on draft day.

3. Zach Brown:

He was labeled as raw, but now he can enjoy the mark of a superb talent that has piqued the interest of a lot of scouts.

He posted a 4.4 40-yard dash time unofficially, setting an official 4.50 time. This is a talent that you simply can't afford to see land somewhere else.
