Ron Dennis is famous/notorious in some circles for his penny pushing on some things and extravagance on some other things. Recently, the offices of Burgess Inc., learnt that there is a law suit filed in Britain by an ex-employee of McLaren-Mercedes against Ron Dennis for compensation and damages accusing the company and Ron of wrongful termination, harassment, and several other offences.
Prima facie evidence includes a white silk carpet from the Challenger 604 plane owned by the McLaren CEO as well as a Mercedes-Benz car that Mr. Boland claims is his for good and the company claims belongs to them.

"Mr Boland, from Stowmarket in Suffolk, is alleging discrimination and victimisation due to sexual orientation at the hearing in Southampton. He has lodged the action against three companies controlled by Mr Dennis – McLaren Group Ltd, Absolute Taste and Greyscape."
"Mr Boland was sacked after he fell asleep while on duty and was also rude." A company source claims.
Bearing the claims and the counter claims in the case, Burgess Inc., has decided to open a contest for all the Formula One fans.
