The next step in the great Aroldis Chapman project is under way at the Cincinnati Reds' camp, where the Cuban left-hander is returning to his old role as a starter.

It could be the move that allows baseball's hardest thrower to showcase his immense ability, or provide proof that Cincinnati's brass made a huge mistake when it signed him to a six-year, $30.25 million deal in January 2010.
