College Basketball: 5 Bubble Teams to Keep Your Eye on

Thad Novak@@ThadNovakCorrespondent IFebruary 27, 2012

With college basketball’s regular season nearly finished, teams that haven’t yet secured themselves a spot in March Madness are running out of time to prove their case. Which teams will get the chance to dance, and which ones will find themselves relegated to the NIT this spring?

One team that appears to have played its way off the bubble in the right direction is Big 12 sleeper Kansas State. Overshadowed early on by the sensational starts from Missouri, Baylor and Kansas, the Wildcats have rallied in conference play by sweeping the Tigers and beating the Bears on the road.

Take a look at this collection of borderline squads that will bring some intriguing storylines into the race for the final at-large bids.
