Robin Van Persie is facing the crossroads of his career as a Captain of Arsenal FC. Zlatan Ibrahimovic commented about Van Persie and the his future.

Cesc Fabreags talked with Van Persie without bringing the Gunners in the discussion table. The decision to reconcile the opinions of the two world football personalities was made.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Zlatan Ibrahimovic advised Van Persie to leave Arsenal if he has any desires to win.

Ibrahimovic made his declarations in an interview with the Sun which was published in the online magazine Dawn.

Ibrahimovic stated that he would have taken his own advice and said that moving was an adventure. He went on to say that trophies were won in different clubs and countries.

Ibrahimovic used as an example Cesc Fabregas when the latter signed with FC Barcelona after being at Arsenal. Ibrahimovic said that he did not know Van Persie personally but heard of him in Holland.

He also declared that Van Persie's talent is "complete."

Cesc Fabregas is totally different in his conversation with Van Persie. Fabregas told the Spanish magazine El Mundo Deportivo (h/t to Sky Sports) that he talks with Van Persie.

The conversations have nothing to do with Arsenal or moving from Arsenal. Fabregas believes that Van Persie is able to make his own decision concerning Arsenal.

Conclusion

The approach by Fabregas with regards to Van Persie is superior to that of Ibrahimovic. Fabregas appears to be low keyed in his conversation with Van Persie.

Ibrahimovic may have good intentions but is brash in his advice. The only thing that is pending is the decision by Van Persie.

It remains to be seen what will transpire.
