NFL Scouting Combine 2012: John Elway Talks Tebow & Future Backup QB
Broncos executive vice president John Elway took the stage first on the second day of the NFL scouting combine taking place in Indianapolis.
Tim Tebow monopolized the headlines throughout the NFL season and it was no different during Elway’s press conference on Friday.
The Denver quarterback provided the Orange and Blue faithful with the highest of highs and some significant lows in 2011, but he earned the starting spot when the Broncos enter camp this summer.
Tebow and the quarterback position aren’t the only concerns for the Broncos in the offseason. Additions must be made at the skill positions, whether through the draft or free agency.
Look for the Broncos to address the running back and wide receiver positions in order to put more talent around Tim Tebow.
How will the Broncos make that happen?
Bleacher Report’s own Draft Expert Matt Miller is live for all the day’s events. Stay tuned to NFLDraft365 for Miller’s insight and analysis on all things NFL Combine.
