TALLAHASSEE — Florida State running back James Wilder Jr. was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Wilder ran for 160 yards and a touchdown last season as a freshman. The son of former Tampa Bay Bucs running back James Wilder, he was a Scout.com five-star recruit after a standout prep career at Tampa's Plant High.
