The New York Knicks have beat the Atlanta Hawks 99-82 behind Jeremy Lin's 17 points.
Thanks to everyone who followed along tonight with the live blog.
Well, that does it folks. The Knicks are now 17-17 on the season after beating the Hawks 99-82
Lin went off for a team-high 17 points (tied with Steve Novak, who nailed a ridiculous three-pointer on a late meaningless possession) and dished nine assists. He made 6 out of his 11 shots and 1 of 2 three-point attempts.
It was a solid game for the Knicks and this was a nice win to pick up before heading to Miami to take on the Heat tomorrow night.
Fans are chanting "na-na-na-na hey-hey good-bye", it's that time folks.
Clyde just somehow tried to say Jeremy Lin "might top Jordan."
I have no idea what he was referencing but he needs to calm down if he's talking about His Airness.
Vladimir Radmanovic puts down a three and really upset D'Antoni.
He's pacing the sidelines and screaming as the Knicks are only up 16 with 4:05 to play and Jared Jeffries about to shoot two free throws.
D'Antoni puts in Lin, Fields and Chandler to join with Novak and Jeffries to ice this game.
Walt Frazier just called this game the NBA Follies, which actually makes sense considering the 44 combined turnovers and circus plays going on.
The Knicks are up 90-64 with 6 minutes remaining in the fourth.
B-Diddy with a ridiculous behind-the-back while being down on a knee to get a near assist that Jeffries put away on his second attempt.
Did I mention how scary this second-unit is?

J.R. Smith has slammed down another Baron Davis alley-oop and it's clear now that he's an absolute monster and better than many expected him to be after his experiences in China.
New York's second-unit might be scary good when they get healthy and log more minutes together.
It seems B-Diddy and J.R. have chemistry already and the two connected on a solid fast-break play while Novak has drained two 3-pointers to start the 4th quarter.

Knicks are up 22 going into the fourth quarter. They lead 78-56.
Lin has 17 points, 8 assists, and 2 steals while Carmelo has dropped 15 points, grabbed four rebounds and dished three dimes in a game where chemistry is clearly no issue.
The Knicks' PG has garnered many comparisons to Steve Nash from the MSG announcers over the last few minutes.
Look for this team to be challenged a lot more tomorrow night against a much more complete Miami Heat squad.
Novak has ice in his veins and drains a three to put the Knickerbockers back up 18.
Lin follows with a quick two and NY's lead appears to be safe.
Hawks are making a run and the "crowd is concerned, trying to cheer on their heroes" according to Frazier.
It's 71-56 after an Atlanta turnover and timeout.
The craziest thing about this is the Hawks would most likely be in this if they had gotten Jerry Stackhouse involved earlier and could take care of the rock.
2:12 remaining in the third.

Seriously, put the whistle down Bavetta.
Hawks have used this sloppy play to grab some turnovers and score nine straight points.
Defensive three second called on the Knicks.
Stackhouse goes to the line and misses, leaving it at 67-46 in favor of NY with 4:47 left.
The world can collectively stop holding their breath, Lin appears to be just fine.
However, this game might go a little slower because of Dick Bavetta's unwillingness to let it go quietly into the night.
Zaza Pachulia gives Carmelo a moving screen, Tyson Chandler retaliates with an illegal pick.
Lin looks shaken up after taking an inadvertent elbow from Chandler.
If the Hawks can continue moving the ball and not turning it over, they might cover the spread.
Frazier said Stack told him before the game that "he's still around." Didn't they used to be teammates?
He's on fire right now by the way, making back-to-back threes and the only semblance of offense for ATL in a 67-43 game with 8:42 left in the third.

Jerry Stackhouse appearance! Larry Drew is desperate.
Frazier notes that the Hawks have "no pizazz and no leadership." He credits this to being in four different time zones in four days. Solid theory.
Knicks need to keep their foot on the gas and get a big lead going into the fourth quarter in order to rest up starters for the contest at the Miami Heat tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. EDT

The first half has just concluded and the Knicks are taking a commanding 25-point lead into the locker room.
It’s 60-35 in favor of the home team and it’s a season-low for points against them in the first half.
Jeremy Lin has been playing well with 13 points, 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 turnover in just 15 minutes of floor time.
They have gotten surprisingly awesome play from the shooting guard position as well.
Landry Fields has dropped 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds while J.R. Smith has put up 8 points and grabbed four steals.
Atlanta is clearly struggling without Joe Johnson and Al Horford and will need to make major adjustments if they want to make this a contest.
Jeff Teague is their leading scorer and has just 10 points.
Alan Hahn made a great point for anyone who doesn't believe Joe Johnson should be an All-Star.
Clyde just described the Mike D'Antoni's system as "sharing is caring."
I guess that works.
Everything seems to be clicking for New York.
They are moving the ball and just destroying Atlanta in every department.
It's clear they are going to win this game unless someone can start creating off the dribble and possibly draw a foul.
Knicks lead 52-30 with 2:49 left in the second quarter.
