WWE News: Major Update on Kharma

Anyone been wondering just where WWE diva Kharma is?
After taking several months off due to her real-life pregnancy, the former TNA Knockout shockingly re-emerged at the Royal Rumble in late January. She didn't last long, but she managed to make quite the impression, eliminating Smackdown star Hunico (she also scared off annoying WWE announcer Michael Cole, who ran for his life at the sight of her).
In this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer gave a big update on the star's whereabouts, and also hinted at future plans when she does eventually make her return to the company.
The reason the Kharma appearance at the Rumble hasn't been followed up on is she hasn't fully recovered from giving birth and isn't yet ready to work a full-time schedule, although that should be soon and they are seemingly building a program with Phoenix. They figured keeping it short and simple at the Rumble would create a good story part for the match since people weren't expecting it.
Certainly, the reports that WWE are planning a Phoenix/Kharma program can only be considered good news.
As I noted in this article, a Phoenix vs. Kharma feud would likely be the best way to revive the stagnant and struggling WWE women's division. Kharma is far more over with the fans than your typical diva (she got a very large pop at the Royal Rumble when she came out), and both she and Phoenix are experienced enough workers to churn out good, entertaining matches on a regular basis. Both women's dominant personalities would also guarantee enjoyable promos and interviews.
Keep an eye on this, folks: WWE's women's division may just become something worth caring about again.
