UNC Basketball Recruiting: Jabari Parker

Jabari Parker is rated by many as the top recruit in the 2013 class now that Nerlens Noel has reclassified to the 2012 class. The 6-7, 215 pound small forward from Chicago, IL is being chased by all the top teams in the country, including UNC. Parker is one of three known players that Roy Williams is still chasing in the class. Fellow SF Troy Williams and PF Julius Randle the others. With two top recruits already committed to play for the Tar Heels in PF Isiah Hicks and PG Nate Britt. Adding Parker would make this class rival almost any other Williams class.
