Shawne Williams Has Foot Surgery

New Jersey Nets forward Shawne Williams underwent surgery Wednesday to repair a pre-existing fracture in his left foot and remove two small bone fragments, the team announced.
Williams, who has been out since Feb. 11, will miss the remainder of the season and should be ready for the beginning of training camp.
