The Rockets defense showed up late, but when it did, it’s timing could not have been better.
With the Rockets tied with the Memphis Grizzlies heading into the fourth quarter, and in the Western Conference standings, the Rockets shut down Memphis long enough for a small-ball lineup to pull away for a 97-93 win, avenging a bad loss in Memphis last week and pushing the winning streak against the Grizzlies in Toyota Center to 11 games.
