Clemson University moved to 14-0 with a 79-66 victory over visiting East Carolina University on Saturday night.  The win moves Clemson to No. 11 in the ESPN/USA Today Poll and to No. 12 in the AP Poll.

Sparked by the bench play of Jaral Grant with a career-high 14 points, Clemson is on top in the ACC with most overall wins and is one of a few undefeated teams in the nation.

With Clemson's starting big men Trevor Booker and Raymond Sykes struggling, Grant came in to give his team a much needed lift.  Grant connected on all four field goal attempts, went 6-for-7 at the free throw line, and collected six rebounds, five of which were offensive rebounds.

Coach Oliver Purnell has the Tigers starting the season at 14-0 for the second time in three seasons.

K.C. Rivers scored 18, Booker added 13, and Terrence Oglesby sank 10.  For East Carolina, James Legan had a game-high 21, followed by Jamar Abrams with 13 and Brook Young with 11.
