2012 Arizona Commit Gabe York Delivers the High School Dunk of the Year

Just a day after the incredible glass-shattering dunk thrown down by high school baller Devin Thomas, Orange Lutheran High senior and 2012 Arizona commit Gabe York one-upped the power dunk with an insane show of raw athleticism.

York, who stands a less-than-impossing 6'2", caught an alley-oop from teammate Payton Banks and jumped over 6'6" Dana Hills High center Cole Cable to gave us the dunk of the year.

The dunk would make Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and the rest of Lob City—who happen to play just 33 miles away from Orange Lutheran High at the Staples Center in Los Angeles—proud .

The dunk from the No. 36-ranked recruit of the 2012 recruiting class, according to ESPN.com, has to excite Arizona Wildcats fans, and gives us an insight to why Arizona currently has the No. 1-rated recruiting class of 2012 according to ESPN.

The highlight reel-worthy play is just the icing on the cake for York's high school career, as he is averaging 26.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.1 steals per game during his senior campaign.
