Portis Hopes to Return to NFL in 2012

Former Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis hopes to return to the NFL in 2012 after sitting out last season, NFL.com reported.
Portis’ agent, Jason Fletcher, says that a handful of teams are interested in Portis, and that meetings with those teams have been arranged for next week during the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
