Penn State head football coach Bill O'Brien has hired Miami-Ohio's Charlie Fisher to fill the final vacancy on his coaching staff.
After a conditioning workout that began at 5:30 a.m. Friday morning, O'Brien took questions from the media and confirmed Fisher's hire.
