The extent of Peyton Manning's neck issues involves four surgical procedures, not three as has been reported, according to SI.com.

Citing unnamed league sources, the website reported the Indianapolis Colts quarterback needed a follow-up procedure last summer after his May 23 surgery performed in Chicago to repair a bulging disk in his neck.

Manning had the first surgery on his neck in March 2010 to relieve pressure caused by a pinched nerve. After the two procedures last offseason, Manning underwent a single-level, anterior fusion surgery Sept. 8 and subsequently missed the 2011 season...
