The Uruguayan is reportedly unhappy with the way he has been treated in England following his eight-match ban for racially abusing Patrice Evra and the Sicilian club are prepared to give him escape route.
Maurizio Zamparini, president of the club, said: 'I would sign him tomorrow morning – he's a fantastic striker.'
