Just in case you needed reminding, this video is all the proof you will need that nothing beats a good slap. Watching two huge, heavyweight boxers square off only to see a slap might well be the greatest thing ever captured on camera.

At the weigh-in for Saturday's heavyweight title bout, challenger Dereck Chisora decided to slap champion Vitali Klitschko in the face. What a wonderful moment.

I actually love this video for more than just the hilarity of the slap. The world of heavyweight boxing has lacked personality for a ridiculously long time. When Lennox Lewis downed Mike Tyson in 2002, the intrigue and drama of heavyweight boxing was lost and hasn't returned.

In this video, we have Chisora doing something that could at least possibly give people a reason to care about the heavyweight division. People may not like it, but boxing needs polarizing figures. Actually, the sport needs personality of any kind.

The only problem is that Chisora doesn't have staying power. Klitschko is going to make quick work of him on Saturday in a fight that will not see the seventh round.

But after seeing this video, there is no doubt that a Chisora upset would be great for the sport. Slapping Klitschko shows that he isn't afraid to try to do things that get people talking—and watching. He doesn't care that people may not like him.

If a heavyweight fighter shows some life and tries to get people talking about the fight, then he has earned a fan in me. Even if Chisora loses, let's hope that other heavyweights follow this example.

A slap is not only hilarious, it's also good for business.
